The community of Currie sits in an amazing, historically important location just seven minutes from downtown. This one-of-a-kind community, formerly an army base, needed a way to revitalize their brand and generate excitement for the new developments that were now underway.
In addition to the external-facing advertising campaign, we needed to ensure the community itself looked alive and was easy to navigate. Creating a strategic pathing and signage plan that led visitors where they needed to go no matter which direction they entered from provided a distinct sense of arrival when entering the community.
Traffic and awareness was further brought to Currie through planning and curating targeted events that served to not only showcase the community to prospective buyers but also engage current residents.
